Composition: It's a fairly aggressive composition in terms of tightness - which can be a good thing. I might have considered cropping the back wheel out of the image (the true wheel, not the reflection) and went for a pure reflection. I think this would have made a more balanced photo.
Technical Quality: Very good. The focus is crisp, depth of field is nice and exposure is wonderful. This is strengthened by the fact that at an auto show you typically have no control over the available light and little control over composition even. I think the conversion to black and white makes this a strong image since the shapes and tones hold a lot of interest in themselves.
Meeting the Challenge: The shot is clearly taken from above, and since the criteria are fairly basic for this challenge you have no issues.
Creativity: It's an original shot that I like. I probably would have walked straight past and not even realised the potential shot, so you have done well to firstly notice it and then capture it so well.
Border: The border ties in nicely with the darkness of the glass/mirror and the lightness of the seams between the panels.
Overall: Well done on capturing a shot which is both technically very strong and also interesting. I think the cropping suggestion I made at the top is the only aspect of this image I would have changed. Great work.
Cheers.
