You've probably heard this already but this is way to small to evaluate. The subject seems to meet the challenge but I can't really tell much else about the photo at this size. My hunch is that the ladder in the foreground should have been eliminated by approaching the shot from slightly different angle of view--a bit more to the left. My eye is immediately drawn to it to no purpose.
