Remnants of the Tidesby escapetoozComment by jasonlprice: I like the fact that the subject is entirely in focus even with the shallow DOF, this is what I had in mind for the challenge....shallow dof to enhance the photo and make the subject "pop". 9 |

Isoscelesby escapetoozComment by Mark Richards: I really like this photo. The colour on black background really helps to highlight this model's body and I like how the shadows have cast yet it is still perfect enough to highlight things like his ear-rings, veins, and expression. I'm 75% through voting in this challenge and this is the first 10 I have awarded. EXCELLENT WORK!
In fact, the only 10 that I awarded now that I have finished voting! |

Isoscelesby escapetoozComment by magnus: I like the pose and the intense expression. And the lighting is very appropriate, adds to the intensity. Would have been even better if DOF were deep enough for whole body to be sharp. |

Isoscelesby escapetoozComment by shutterpuppy: The shallow dof doesn't work here for me. If the legs had been in focus too I think you would have had a very sculptural effect. |

Isoscelesby escapetoozComment by hanneke: the sharpness looks a bit weird here, I don't think you could do this with a normal DoF (but I could be wrong ofcourse ;))
the crop is a bit too tight for me at the top. I keep looking at the eyes! |

Disasterby escapetoozComment by Sterling87: Pretty good, technically speaking. And you're hot. You know what would make this picture totally badass? If you could somehow make it look like your selves were interacting with eachother. |
