I quite liked this image and gave it a 7 during voting. I thought the glow created by the leaves really worked well. Yes, it is not a prototypical macro (especially for DPC) but it is really well composed - especially as the background dark areas frame the leaves so nicely.

Hi Yellow! Nice creative photo. Great job of making a rainbow out of such attractive and interesting characters. There is something about this image that is sooooo close to working great. But there is is just ever so slightly not quite on the money. I think it is the lighting. It seems that BIV side of the rainbow needs a bit more light to compensate for the darkness of the colors themselves as compared to the ROY side.
