Nice shot. Everyone's commented on the focus already. For the crop, I'd cut a bit off the left of the image. She is obviously the focus of the image, so cropping the left a little closer stops her falling off the side of the image.

Don't understand why this would remain commentless. It's very nice. One thing that might be worth looking at is desaturating (or just cloning out) the blood vessels showing up in the eyes. Everything else looks very slick/polished so they really stand out.

did you use an additional flash for the middle one, because there is a bright blownout spot on the woman's forehead, that is quite distracting...
otheriwse it's a great series, every single shot has it's own quality and message.

I like the middle one the most - their expressions and poses look very natural and the light on her face is great. The ones on the sides could use more light on her face.
