Great subject, but I think another point of view could make this shot much better.

I like the colors and texture here. Basic, but nicely done.

congrats to your first idea to get the goat out of the center, good choice. the perspective you chose is standard "looking down" on your subject. This is what people see all the time. One of the challenges for photographers is to show common subjects in different views. You could have done down to the level os the head of the goat, or even lower and take a picture from the ground up. 2 more comments: you cut off the legs and the tail. I know it is tough in all the excitement to forget about these little things. But it makes the animal look arkward and incomplete. The last comment is about the big open space on the right side of your picture. If you move your subject away from the center, what do you do with all this empty space? an other tough choice to make. Very often you can pick something out of the environment of your subject, your model, tha animal. So showing the grass is not a bad idea, it's the yellow colored dots that is drawing the eyes of the viewer away from your main subject. So filling up this empty space is very challenging. You could use bushes, fences, the back of an other animal, to create lines that lead directly to your model. I hope you did not get too tired reading this long comment. Good Luck.

there is too much space in this. maybe a different angle or a closer shot could help
