there is dream quality to the image...but...hmmmm? the use of lingerie in this image is a bit over done as well as the use of the high heels. the pose also seems a bit out of the norm. The item in the lower right corner detracts from the overall shot as well. the open space in this shot would have looked better on the right as opposed to the left. I know you are going to have a tough go of it this round and I hope I helped some what. good luck 5

FYI - No need for the lengthy title.

Pros:
It's not an Iron. :)

Should have the date on the lottery ticket, instead of the "10,000,000 Winning Ticket".
It's an off balance shot (much more white) with the only real element of contrast being the soap dish.
The ticket is in the center of the image (why would he have it in his hand?)

Overall, I think it's a 3. Better placement and cropping would have yeilded you a higher score.

Giving my 2 cents,
including the ottoman in the pic made the lower part dark, and the top part (the main focus) lost contrast. Plus tho i like to see a semi nude model, :P i don't find the 'attire' fitting the the model and mood, but if you try to present a 'erotic dream', that's another story....

I like this, the light, the girl, the pose, the focus, the tone. Just find the crop a bit tight, but that is minor in such a good shot. Very nice.
