Aesthetic: To be honest this seems to be half-baked effort from your side. You have got some amazing photos in your profile and this does not belong to that category (esp looking at fitment to challenge).
Technical: No cribs on this one. Good exposure, fosus, contrast and DOF.
Challenge: Though this is "technically" good photo, but is really not a fit for the challenge theme. This would have been a hit if the theme was "backlit".
Conclusion: As most of the comments indicate - background is busy and there is no paint-with-light. If the theme is taken away this might be above average composition, but keeping into mind the theme the low score from voters is justified.
Anyway, I really liked "Imogen" from your submissions. I feel it should have scored atleast one full point above what it scored.
