Very good stop action! Shooting in gyms is tough because of the light and the busy background, but as in this case, catching good action helps draw the viewer to the point of the picture.

Great moment - sports photography must be a real challenge- never tried it! Well done for the front page, and the important thing is that you're keeping up with the challenge! I'm sure we're all going to have our dud weeks when it's hard to get something- and if this is yours then you're in great shape:)
Think it could've done with a bit more brightness/contrast to make it more punchy?
