It's busy, so it meets the challenge. Your focus is off though so your pic is blurry.

Your pic also seems to have a fair bit of noise in it. Look for a program called "Neat Image" or look in the forums for other programs that will help clean that up. Also, if I could suggest learning how to sharpen your photos. There are a few tutorials on the site which may help you produce better quality photos.

The out of focus just renders this as a bad image. If you meant it to be in motion then you needed to induce more motion into it so it looks deliberate

Asume the blurr is because you are trying to express some action. Fine experiment but failiure this time in my opinion. Simply unable to cach my interest and litle far streching considering the challenge subject.
