Hattiesburg train stationby cowboy221977Comment by srdanz: Even before I started thinking about the mirrored image, I wanted to see the time of the day when the photo was taken... ( I guess I always do that with watch/clock photos). The hours need re-mirroring on this one!
Also, I flipped it locally, and do not see major appeal difference when flipped.

Hattiesburg train stationby cowboy221977Comment by fldave: A minor change, but I would have straightened the closest corner/edge. You have the left corner pretty vertical, but it makes the tower look like it's leaning. Straightening using the near corner, and perhaps doing some lens correction would help focus interest. I see some noise in the upper-left sky that could benefit from noise reduction also. Hope this helps. |

No Spoon Requiredby cowboy221977Comment by david_c: hmmmm. How to improve this shot? I would suggest looking at some of the similar entries in this challenge...a white or at lease light background would have helped. Still lifes and studio shots are usually hurt by an on-board flash firing, and we'll have to maybe focus manually next time. |
