Tough to expose , but I think you did well. Sharpness slighly lacking, more DOF would help. The cement also has loss too much detail - 5

Very neat looking. I would suggest some adjustments of curves to really make this pop. I gave it a 6, but would have given it a 7 or maybe an 8 if it had a little more pop in it.

You've spotted something good here and the lighting and focus are good too. I think it would be worth playing around with the composition too - shifting the window to the lower left maybe :)
