I like your subject, seems very run-down and long-abandoned. I like the leaves. Would love to see a version in color. Like the for sale sign in the window, great detail. Good pic.

a bit oversaturated in my opinion. I would have bumped up the blues but used white balance to warm up the rest. (i.e use cloudy for Wb)

Nice scene though that's well composed. Great layering effect (foreground, midground, background)
