The concept (while not unique) is well-executed. I particularly like the light in the bucket (but not the flare is creates). The painter's t-shirt though captures way too much attention.

Nice idea. I love the reddish color on the right shoe. The fabric they are on is very distracting. It is an element in the phot that should be done away with. I think the square crop works well here, but would rather see a lower, head on angle, to eliminate the white insides of the shoes also. Maybe that would also help to reduce the glare on the shoes from the lighting.
