Day 1, On the Drive to Work.jpgby IvoryComment by Wink: This is so simple and beautiful and so hard to do well, but you've done it. The subtle sky tones soften the strong contrast of the birch but still have it stand out so strongly. |

Day 1, On the Drive to Work.jpgby IvoryComment by MelonMusketeer: I like the curve of the pine fitting into the arch of the birch limb near it. Did anyone else notice that if you cover most of the upper part of the birch that the trunk looks like a hand? |

Early-Morning.jpgby IvoryComment by LalliSig: Sorry it took me so long to comment but here it is :)
I kindof like it, the sky is nice and the composition nice. However, something about the processing doesn´t fit my personal taste though, the "HDR look" or dodge/burn or whatever it is that makes this image light/dark in some places just isn´t to my taste but like I said, a nice shot and would get a 6 if I were voting in a challenge.
Might make a good screensaver. |

Sly Fox Versus Sly Photographer! by IvoryComment by kelbelle: Gor-or-or-or-geous! CONGRATS!!!!! (and a little side note to everyone who assumed that this was not in the wild and voted your assumption, I would like to suggest that we all please be careful not to do that. It's not fair to the photographer in any challenge. We have to trust that the photographer interprets the challenge as he or she sees fit and simply vote on the picture, not on the assumption. it's always dangerous to assume in any situation in life, because there's always a 50% chance that we will be wrong.) |
