Is the snow supposed to be in color? Im really not in love with your selective coloring for a few reasons: 1. It looks almost like the people in color were just put in there. 2. I dont really get what this picture is supposed to convey? And i dont get the connection to the Title is. Maybe im just having a mind space or something.

Eye-catching, for sure! For the most part I like it a lot. Could be my monitor, but the dark areas seem a bit too much so, and I have to strain to make out what's going on in the background. The foreground figures, though, are remarkably rendered. Would like it even more if the center cop (?) were facing the camera or even some of the others. 7

where are the snow flakes away from the persons? Oh, got it, you brightened the 5 persons only (check between the feet of the middle uniformed). interesting work. Yes and now I found the darker snow flakes as well.
