fail to see how this creates design or movement. The tilt is not a major factor in the composition either. great image otherwise.

I love the concept and the coloring. The key is a little hard to make out. Also would like to see it not cropped quite so tight. Everytime I see this photo I want to see more to the right of the photo (the left is fine).

Uh, OK, I get it. But that looks a lot like the opener on a can of Spam ... easy open ... I don't think I want to pursue this train of thought.

I can't quite work out whether this would actually be stronger without the rotation but then again I do like the triangle shape of the window and the triangular point of the dog's nose.
