my eye's drawn to the background buildings a lot for an image of a bridge; the light on the water and the girders is great, but the lights themselves are really hot.

Nice composition I like the leading line of the bridge but the bridge looks blurred or out focus.The lighting under the bridge is very cool. Next time you might think about picking one of the objects and using that as the subject. Personally I would have like to have seen a shot with the purple reflection or the flags on the bridge as the main subject. The leading line of the bridge is good but it gets cutoff by the little bridge tower. Perhaps less sky/buildings more river?

Slightly overexposed ... might have considered taking this horizontally, since it was more of the bridge than the building. Reflection in the water is nice.
