The blurry DOF almost works. It's just at odds with the sharp texture along the narrow in-focust band along the surface the flower is sitting on. Lighting is flat. Unattractive halo along top edge of uppermost petal. Unattractive dark splotches at left edge of the frame and just to the right o the tulip about midway vertically.

Personally I feel that all the left-over space on the right could have been taken care of. The image is too strict for me and isn't very pleasing. If it were more at an angle it would definitely have contributed to a much better over-all image with more character

Although I'm personally resistant to the appeal of modern architecture, this image is very beautiful and provides a counterweight to my prejudice. The perspective, featuring a right angle of glass and textured wall and continuing reflection, is most winning and employed in a starkly satisfying composition. The continuum of blues, with some overtones of pink, is also remarkable.

I would have cropped 2/3 of the negative space away. Nice details.
