You've really put the background out of focus well, to draw the eyes to the plant. I think I would have liked more of the buds to have been in focus and ideally for you to have found a more colourful specimen.

Very serene, almost dream-like image. The wider border top & bottom adds to the feeling of nostalgia or remembrance, somehow, maybe because it looks like a slide? I like this a lot.

5 - Mostly for the potential. Criticism; needs to be at least 640 (width in this case). The heavy top/bottom frame detracts in my opinion. This is a good shot with a seemingly nice background effect with the reflection off the water, but you lost a lot in the resizing (possibly also quality issues too(?) - seems to be noise/grain, not sure). Like the 'composition' and the colors, 'if only' the seedheads were a touch sharper, and maybe the 'tallest' stem not 'blown' (but then that does add a different effect here that could be used/incorporated), may have made this a better shot in my opinion.
