While this is a nice shot. It appears to be out of focus. This happens a lot in night shots, and also occurs when the lighting around the edges of the subject is too bright. Unfortunately, you are dealing with both situations. I like the color. The orange glow around the inside edges is very nice. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~
