Lifeless Oakby Ian-AndrewComment by violinist123: Nice shadows. Good choice for BW processing. Like the composition and the subject itself offers a lot of interesting shapes to move the eye around. Good work and good luck. |

Lifeless Oakby Ian-AndrewComment by w4jzz: Good use of B&W. Good tone and texture but I would like to see the shadows opened up some more. |

Lifeless Oakby Ian-AndrewComment by msdoubletrouble: nice idea here. just read an article on how to add "punch" or pop to black and white images..but dang if I could tell ya how to do that. I do know you can add some to this photo and have a really really nice shot...check with one of the PP guru's on the site? overall I give this a 7 due to concept and light from right...gl in challenge :-) 7 |

Lifeless Oakby Ian-AndrewComment by rinac: Great perspective and so well done in b&w. When I think of "a single tree", I'm mostly picturing subjects/comps like this. A clean, classic, minimalistic piece. Well done. |
