I think I would have liked this better if your concept was to have the paper weight sitting on some paper, on a table. It's a very interesting piece though.

I'd love to know what your shutter speed was. Whatever it was, it wasn't enough to catch that cute tail! :D Just kidding. I think that tail blur brings this photo alive for the viewer. Without the blur it would be a cute shot. With the blur it makes you smile. Nicely seen and captured. The B/W treatment was a good choice as well. Good luck in the challenge.
