Windmillby marboComment by Skip: well, this is interesting...i guess i'll go on and call it a stunning composition! the colors are gorgeous, and i really enjoy the negative space. i'm not sure, but i think i would like it more with a hint of motion blur. i'll give this at least a 7. thanks for the effort. |

Windmillby marboComment by bod: While the sunset is stunning, I'm not as taken with the rest of the photo. My eyes keep getting drawn to the black edges along the top of the landscape and the jaggies on top and along the back of the mill are unfortunate.
I do like the way the glow is shaped to fit around the windmill though - very nicely done. |

Now, this is a lovely image and it abounds in great blending of hues in the sky. This very beauty is the antithesis of the impressionism style. Bumping up on great colorful image because regardless of the challenge it is a a very nice image. |
