The same rule for shooting nudes applies for maternity shots: have your model undress at least 30' before the session (s/he can wear a bathrobe or anything that will not leave the marks on the skin). That way you will not end up with these unwanted and distracting marks on the belly.
That said, my wife has been in this stage twice, and I think that I'd pass on asking her to do something like that, and I'd be happy with even 10 min of her time altogether.

Nice intimate photo. Good lighting, subject, and crop. Only distraction for me is that her stomach appears to have lines from her pants still showing. Nice photo overall.

The fuschia scarf really makes it for me along with the natural frame of the metal gate to her left! The slight grain adds to the texture - nice!!
