Very nice and dramatic with great warm colors against the hint of blue sky. However, something is lost because we are left more with the play of light and dark to paint an effect rather than an image because detail is not available. I would consider, my taste, to capture the flame partly covered rather than fully exposed and allowing a sheer zone 10 display. Again, the image has a moving effect because it conveys activity in the night and it is more a colorful pleasing effect to move the imagination. Bumping up one notch.

This is a great portrait. I'd rate it higher, but I can't tell anything about the environment. That said, the backlighting is awesome.

Beautiful shot, but perhaps it might have been better to show a glow of light through the ballon rather than an overexposed flame and darkness for most of the shot, but luck is a fickle thing, even to a master! good luck!

A great capture - very early in the morning. The glow from the balloon on the ground and the hint of blue in the sky are great. The other balloon silhouettes add a bit of mystery.

Great shot with excellent backlighting. It's amazing you were able to get so much light on the subject with that much light behind it as well. The dirt on the paws and nose is a nice touch as well since it shows what the animal was doing. Really nice job.
