Decemberby crabappl3Comment by MrYu: It's a calendar picture, alright... Well executed too. So a 10 as part of the clallenge... I would never buy such a calendar though, it's just too cheesy and cliche. |

Whirlwind Romanceby crabappl3Comment by dwterry: The emotion in this imsage is exciting. I can just imagine that maybe he just proposed and she accepted! My only wish would be for more sharpness in the eyes. Good luck in the challenge! |

Whirlwind Romanceby crabappl3Comment by willem: Great idea, very different and it works well. The eyes are very strong. Shows intimacy despite not showing full faces. |

Whirlwind Romanceby crabappl3Comment by Brad: Excellent shot!
The placement of her eyes is perfect and regardless of everything else going on in this shot, her eyes keep drawing me in.
Well done ! ((9)) |

Whirlwind Romanceby crabappl3Comment by nothingmuch: The fact that she's looking at the camera gives it presence. Suddenly the intimacy is destroyed, and we're not an out of body observer, but rather a character in the scene. I personally feel no "Romance" in this picture, but rather a sort of sense of schemes being plotted, or veurism.
Furthermore, since the man's ears are at the bottom of his head, or at least this illusion is maintained by the fact that we don't see his chin, you get the feeling that he's not concentrating on the moment, but rather looking away.
I think this is a good picture, but that the title/theme/subject don't work together.
