I think I get it... you're injecting cream into an orange to make calcium fortified orange juice? It's not a photo that appeals to me much, but I think you achieved what you set out to. The technical qualities of the photo are quite good.

I really like the lighting. I wish that the milk container didn't appear already opened. Focus on the needle is a bit soft as well.

yeah Alertsons! ( I work for this company.) Good way to lead the eye with the orange. I would try to make it just a little bit brighter.

Interesting composition with originality meeting the challenge. There is something about the border on the cream carton that bothers me a little for some reason. The lighting is nice, and I really like the drops on the orange juice carton, wish they were also on the cream box!
