...stay in Wonderlandby crabappl3Comment by zendifferential: These gelcaps are harder to photograph than one might think- I know, I tried to take a very similar shot for this challenge, but ended up throwing them all out. Nice concept, though I would like to see the definition on the red pill a little more clearly. |

...stay in Wonderlandby crabappl3Comment by dsa157: very well done! great use of negative space and simple bold graphic elements. Very iconic. (I suppose I like this shot because I did a very similar concept, but you have executed it very well!) I like the translucent pills. I tried that it some of the rejected versions of my entry, but ended up using solid pills. |

Prism²by crabappl3Comment by sagestudio: I like this very much. The clean lines and beautiful colors and I'm impressed that you did this without glare. Good luck! |

Jack and Jillby crabappl3Comment by ursula: Beautiful. I love the various expressions on the children's faces. The red shows towards the orange on my monitor. ~7 |

Jack and Jillby crabappl3Comment by CLarson557: Fun photo! Nice stop action. Colors are vivid and well portrayed. I couldn't help but wonder what the contraption was on the flying boy's wrist. Is it helping him levitate? LOL |

Prism²by crabappl3Comment by eloise: A truly ambitious concept, executed fairly well ... but I rated this 9 instead of 10 because the sheer muddle of all the vertical bars of color is mildly vertigo-inducing. Maybe a few more-defined stripes instead of so many tiny blades of colored grass (as it were) would have peaked at 'perfect' for me. Or maybe not. Good shot, though! |

Jack and Jillby crabappl3Comment by Kavey: What a sweet candid! I love the way they are oblivious to camera and the way you've caught the one buy in midair is great.
The horizontal colour strips really add to the composition, though I wish there weren't such an expanse of white - it's a little glaring. I'm also not sure about the inclusion of the sides - especially the more dominant green side.
Overall, a nice candid with stronger composition than many similar types of images. |
