Black Cakeby AliciaComment by patio127: This is really interesting- vintage things like this tell their own stories, I think. I especially enjoyed reading about "Great Aunt Boo" just made me chuckle :) |

Black Cakeby AliciaComment by GregoryB: Yes Alicia
Post the rest of the recipe.
Firstly because I'd like to give it a go and secondly because Rozy is eating all of my Darrel Lea honeycomb. |

Chocolate Cakeby AliciaComment by roz: its great wot you've created here .. somehow or other it makes me think of a 'dear john' letter and not a recipe .. the chocolates are apparently wot women eat when they are depressed .. i eat them when i am not depressed, in fact i think it was yesterday when i viewed something else you had posted, i think it was the unadulterated recipe .. well it didnt have food all over it .. it made me want chocolate coated honeycomb .. i think i'll go have another one .. I AM NOT DEPRESSED .. !!..:) |

are you there?by AliciaComment by tnun: I am very intrigued how this treatment tells an entirely different and deeply intense story. Being unfamiliar with overlays, my tendency is grave caution, so I am wondering if this effect might not have been made with a slightly less intrusive overlay. I wonder merely, because this certainly spoke to me. |
