Whatever 3 by AliciaComment by pamelasue: there are so many interesting textures and patterns going on here ... it's almost chaotic ... which I can imagine that girl's world is, pure chaos. Excellent image, captures the emotion perfectly.
edit to add that the story stuck with me so deeply that I'm coming back to add to faves ... fantastic image ... Message edited by author 2008-12-02 22:31:25. |

Whatever 2by AliciaComment by cogerox: Perfectly contrasting backgrounds for these two kitties. It heightens the drama in this photo even more. I also like how the texture in White kitty's fur matches the texture in the deck. Well captured. |

Whatever 2by AliciaComment by pamelasue: the more I look at this image the more things I find interesting about it ... texture everywhere from the grain on the deck, to the pattern in white kitty's fur and then the leaves ... I also love how the deck is overexposed from where the black kitty is standing to the top of the image ... gives it that high contrasty feel that I just adore ... this is really well done, and I love the story behind it also ... |

Whatever 2by AliciaComment by Melethia: I love this - not only is there a great story going on here, but marvelous textures and tones. The fur of White Kitty looks almost to echo the pattern in the leaves (probably from the fractalius bit) and the look on the Black Kitty is definitely one of trouble-making. Lovely shot, nifty processing. And I'm glad White Kitty adopted you. :-) |
