Seems a little dull for a sunrise shot, but I popped it into my paint app out of curiosity, and found some quick adjustments of levels, curves and contrast really made this pop off the screen.

I gave a low score so I should justify it. Although the sky is pretty - the shot doesn't say 'composed' to me. The field(?) to the left and the street lamp are too apparent to be ignored yet they are not really presented as part of the image either.

I think had you cropped down to the right hand side of this image, played with the saturation and perhaps shadows levels, you may have gotten a good shot from this exposure, but for me it looks a bit 'point-and-shoot' to live with the competition in this challenge.
