framing is a tad overdone, IMO. I think, this could be much better, if there was less grain and other tones. The blue tones could be nice, but here it's a tad to powerful, IMO

I think that if you used a slower shutter speed to show motion in the wheels it would be more effective. I'd try using 1/100 or 1/60 second.

Not enough motion for the panning challenge. The wheels are stopped so there is no real illusion. I think this would have been a great shot from the finish line.
