Sure its a record shot of a broken horse, but there is little else here which would interest anyone other than the owner of the toy. Try to think about how to present your idea better. Use the light, move it into a room where the light source is a single window. Put some effort into it and we will respond with higher votes.

Very flat lighting and IMO not too thought over composition. Looks more light a snapshot to me.

Yes, it is. I have spent a little time out there. I enjoyed your portfolio. You have some beautiful shots! My sister-in-law was recently invited to take pictures at some of their raptor events and has had some of her pictures published in their magazine. Thanks for your comments.

Hi. I'm drawn to the lighter part of the pic (mane), so initially I missed the broken part. Not sure how to emphasize - perhaps a different angle. Also, I think this would work nicely in B&W.

I have found that "camping out" in one area helps. They are very territorial and will keep coming back to the same spot over and over. I have one particular hummer that likes to fly right up to your face and look at you. Makes it hard to photograph him, lol! Thanks for your comments.

Is that one of the Harris Hawks at the Sonora Desert Museum? I photographed the their Flight Demo over the Christmas holiday. Check my portfolio under the Raptors album. Nice composition.

This must have been exceptionally difficult to get,
It is magnifect, especially the way the green on the back catches the sunlight.
Damn it, I very jealousy of this photo. :-)
