This is suggestive of a sinister doll, thanks mainly to the framing. It's holding a knife below the frame, I expect. I'm amazed how effective it is -- it what you don't see that scares you.

Nice, sharp capture. The strong lines in the background lead my eyes back to the doll. The doll looks a little bit unnaturally devoid of surface detail, but I suppose that this isn't implausible for a plastic doll; with any other subject this would look over-NeatImaged.

Without the title, this wouldn't tell much of a story to me. I think the bottles need more context. Shallow dof doesn't look deliberate enough to me. Why have you focused on the middle one? Although the subject may be meaningful to you, visually it looks dull and uninspired... I don't think you've really SEEN what you're taking a photo of here other than bottles for your baby. What do they really LOOK like?
