Cool location, I'm not sure you've made the most of it. Perhaps cropping it at the left of the green van and at the bottom of the snow would allow us to see into the area with more detail

I loved the way the streetlamps came out on this one. It was very softly focused, though, which will hurt your score, and the lack of color in the sky will also bring it down. A polarizer would have saturated the sky much better, and reduced the overbright white of the snow. Still, it is a nice composition, and the eye is easily led into the scene by the placement of the steet.

This one made me stop and pause... it looks so familiar. Ahh, yes. The Parker Inn and Proctors Theater. Schenectady, NY! A very nice capture of the city. Good to see a smaller city well represented in this challenge! (And nice to see soemthing familiar too). Good luck!
