I almost submitted a similar "cityscape" scene at similar distance to this. But decided not to because of the problem I see here-- there's truly no focal point to follow the rule the 3rds. This is a pretty good night shot and lighting, though I think the car in garage has the strongest visual impact because of it's lighting--but not strong/large enough to follow the rule.

Wow, the desat on this with the orangy-red hair really makes this an eye catcher. The composition is very good and works well with movement/flow of the hair. Possibly her face could be a bit sharper, maybe a touch too shallow on the DOF. Nice job!

I'm not a fan of selective desaturation, but this really works because that orange/red is such a great color and the composition is good too
