Mammy, can I play with fire?by holidayComment by rwouthuis: In addition to the main subject looking human, I feel that the lighting is flat. For me, I'm trying to understand the point of the image. The really great photos are those that work in the challenge but also stand on their own as wonderful photos without a challenge to belong to. |

Born in the purpleby holidayComment by macrothing: 8 - Very nice. Good coloring. Criticism; not much, perhaps more detail on the foremost violet, little less fabric right fore, not sure. Nice lighting. Not sure on the frame. |
