I really like the softness of this, as it give us another perspective to it, rather than just a normal of the run fireworks image.....
It almost looks like a painting, and I like that effect.....

Colours are lovely as is the composition but the image is let down by nothing being in sharp focus. Fotog commments and shot details would help here, if the stamen were in sharp focus this would be sooo much beter imho.

I like the colors and the composition of this shot. The perspective is good and the ratio of negative space to subject is well done. The down side, to me, is the DoF.

They're look out the window waiting for my husband to get home- it's a daily occurance. I kid you not they all line up on the couch around 4 every afternoon. I can't get them from the otherside because the couch is pushed up agains that window.
I'll have to try it again with more light and smaller aperture like you suggest. Thanks for the help!

What a cute bunch! I think to get them all in focus, you need lots of light and a small aperture. Are they looking out a door? Can you try shooting them from the other side? That might be kinda cute, too!
