hahaha...Karen you and I really need to have a discussion about what makes a 'bad' shot (can I point you in the direction of my challenge portfolio if you require some illustrations)

When I was scoring the challenge I had thought this was a greta idea and was quite envious of how you had caught the sparkler in action (though I would have liked all the sparkles contained in the image)

I like the leading diagonal and the placement on points of thirds. Maybe not one of your stop me dead in my tracks images but still a picture that I would have been more than happy to take myself

Well it makes me laugh to see that your 'terrible' shot still easily beat mine. Compositionally I thought this was lovely and I really liked the reflection. I guess the colours seem a tad flat (cant you make your foggy drizzly days a little brighter lol)

Definitely not your best but equally assuredly better than this score suggests

Contrast could be better, it would help bring out that mist in the distance. Composition divides me between the branch and the opposite bank.
