I thought this to be a perfectly wonderful entry! I'm baffled by the score, to tell you the truth. You have a lovely balance of foreground greenery, cityscape, sea and sky, all with good rich color. I'd even say it has a "wow" factor. The only thing I can think of is not "urban" enough for some? Looks quite urban to me, though. Nice work, as always.

Ahhh another of your shots of picture postcard beauty. Very nice composition and I love the richness of colour, which avoids going over the top. Perhaps (IMO) lacks a 'wow' factor but it certainly is a fine image

Wow, talk about being hard on yourself, because I dont think the haloing is bad at all (in fact given the fog it almost becomes part of the image)

Great black and white conversion and I admire anyone who can capture fog this well because I sure cant. I love the fact that we can look down and see the two houses, which really helps give a sense of size/height to the image
