A very beautiful image, that definitely demonstrates a shallow DOF.
The composition is well thought out. Exposure and white balance seem perfect. Not sure if you had to do much PP, but it sure does not seem like it. This was an excellent entry in my mind.

My Best Friend and Momby cheegirlComment by LindaLee: Very nice shot, though I would really prefer to see a little more of the mother's face. The expressions between a mother and child can be very compelling - so, for me, just a teeny bit more of her face would have been nice. I do like the selective desat here, as well as the nice clean background. |
