enjoying my morning tea while watching the nice view from my balconyby violetaComment by mycelium: this picture is really interesting to me. looking at it from the standpoint of a portrait, one might say that the strong vertical lines in the background are hopelessly distracting from the model - but I think this is merely the wrong way to look at this. Because the lines are such a strong design element, they almost become more the subject than the girl herself, which creates a very graphic-design feel to it. the background vibrates with the foreground and flattens it in a way, which leaves the whole photo as the "subject" without any real "background" elements.

A Romanian morning traditionby violetaComment by gutzanu: disable the date option. i can't say that u spolied you're pic, coz it was already spoiled during the composition. it has some distracting elements in the background.. and.. no ofence.. but it has not anything special. |
