I suppose that this is a picture of what you saw from the vantage of the coffee shop? Anyway, there are so many forces calling for your attention, that it leaves the eye confused as to what to look at, and why. Overall, I really can't find a strength in the picture. The writing seems to be pretty clear, but I think that I see any real reason for this picture. Not to worry. There are many 100's of subjects that will really show your ability as a photographer, just not this one. Better luck with the next challenge.

Good ambience. I'd have cropped in closer on the store. It looks like there's a lot of interesting stuff on the porch and you're so far away that we can't see it. The part of the building on the right doesn't look very interesting, and I think you could have done without it.
