I really like this shot. The contrast is excellent and it's very eye catching. I would have thought that changing the color of the pepper like that would be pushing the major elements rule a little too far (though I haven't had time to properly review the new rules), but if it's not, then that's good to know for future challenges :-). Congrats!

Very clever to have changed the odd pepper to green. I would never have thought of that. That's the difference between a good photographer and an artist and ribbon winner. BTW, I do not agree with those comments that said the color and exposure aren't right. They look perfect on my monitor. Congratulations on your well deserved blue!
