This is an excellent photograph, but I don't see a well-defined silhouette.

This is a very nice low light shot but I'm missing the silhouette part. Help?

Now you are talking. Indeed there was a brew or two waiting after I emerged from the depths of forced desert prohibition. Selective desaturation can work well and I think is especially appropriate in this case. :) - Steve

The desaturation really detracts from the image for me. I get the point, but I think your composition and the word gold on one of the beers would've been sufficient and good. The composition, colors (but not the circle part), and the idea are are quite nice - so I don't mean to rake you over the coals regarding the desat thing. It was just that that was all I noticed in the beginning. Now, after spending some time with this image, I'm getting thirsty!

The desat brings the focus to the bottles, but this is not the kind of shot that answers the "where's Steve" question to me.

Hmmmm... Did you use selective soft focus in this?

Comment by Tim:
you get my normal 1 point bonus for australian landmarks (beer is a sort of landmark) but I have to admit I considered taking 2 marks off for two of the worst beers on the market.
