nice shot but there is a bad shadow.....seems a little snap shot-ish.... sure you could work this in PS for a nice shot . Also, it's a bit informal for fashion, but the model is beautiful. Intense eyes!

Background is a little distracting. Shadows are very harsh - perhaps a fill light or reflector to lighten them up a bit. The pose is kind of blah - it says to me 'take the picture already' instead of 'look at me - I'm a fashion model!'. The colors are good, and the skin tones are nice - not too much yellow or red and not washed out. Mostly, I think the problem with this is that it's too 'busy' - a simpler background would do wonders for this as far as 'punching up the imapct value' goes.
