If it weren't for the title, I wouldn't have been able to figure out that was a cigar... Imho, the crop is a bit too tight. I wonder how this might look if you could see the end of the cigar, and even had a little smoke if possible? Just a thought.

I like the lighting and the character of the man's face but the cigar positioning is weird. It looks like it is up his nose rather than in his mouth.

I really like the overall tones and lighting on this.
One thing that has bugged me since I first saw it, was the angle and position of the cigar. It is following the same diagonal as his nose and in ways, at first glance, looks like it is coming out of his nose or out of the underside of his upper lip. Had the cigar been positioned differently, I suspect this shot would have had far more appeal.

There's a nice depth to this pic, and it certainly feels like it has a story to tell. I like the other boats lined up on the water.
