A little too dodgy-burny for my taste, but I like the cinematic drama of it. (the dodgy-burny makes it less cinematic) You really didn't have to put a spotlight on her.

nice toning and great exposure - the model right in the center doesn't work for me, even though I think I know what you were going for. perhaps moved over to the left, with the model in profile or slightly turned away from the camera looking out to the sea or to something/someone hidden from the camera's view behind the building?
