I really like how you chose to process this. There's a sort of suspended, disorienting feel to it - as though what's right side up isn't, or shouldn't be, or something like that. Kelli's comment that it's like one of those dreams where you just can't get to where you need to go is very apt for this.

I managed to at least view a couple last night - this one struck me because they both appear to be plastic people, which is strangely how one feels when stuck endlessly in airports. I also like the choice of focus, to have her in the foreground moving through. And the chairs behind. For some reason I'm quite drawn to the chairs. More of the waiting theme perhaps.

I like the endless mechanical aspect of iy.....the grain works well here. I think I would have liked to have seen more distinct shadows if it would have been possible, but still this works as a stark austere lost-in-the-machine image.

I like this one, though I don't actually know why. Is it the contrast between the two cones? Old, broken, filthy and newer, not pristine but not filthy with a much brighter color. Is it the lines that are everywhere, yet really go nowhere? I'm not sure, but I do like it.

I like the negative processing and that the high key areas lead to an area of darkness. And that the dark area seems less soft. I am undecided on the noise.

This has almost a dreamy or even nightmarish quality to it but once you look up the escalator, there's nothing in the dark area that makes me want to keep looking. I know this could not be planned, but because it gives off a spooky feel, it would have been really cool if a person was captured at the top of the escalator.

I'm not quite as articulate as you, but here goes...

This image gives me nightmares (and I don't mean that in a bad way, lol)! It reminds me of those types of dreams where you need to get to the top, and you can see the top, yet there is no means to actually get there. Then you start to make your way up, groping your way up the slippery slope, sliding back down 2 feet for every foot you manage and the reflections mock you as you slowly fail each time. It must have really been a bad trip! LOL.
